Just to start things off I'm not much of a gym rat. I've been on and off of working out in general. Just started getting back into it . I feel like I don't work hard enough lifting weights or doing cardio. I dont sweat much in the gym is that normal for people who work out a lot ? ( during weightlifting)
I dont sweat that much in the gym .. does that mean I'm not working hard enough? ( too many breaks, or should I use heavier weights? Idk) . What do you guys think ? It would be nice to get tips .
For the record i use 15 p dumbbells, barbell curls 30 p , 20 pound dumbells.
