Iโm in no rush, just genuinely curious of how long itโll take for me to see results of me lifting weights since people say it takes much longer to see results if you are tall ? Iโm 6ft2 230lbs, some body fat. I started lifting around 5 days ago, I have a bench press and dumbbells i use at home. I start my doing 3 sets of 12 reps for my bicep/triceps/arms exercise routines and then use the bench press, this is my routine that I do 6x a week. (Will be my 6th day tomorrow.) My main goal is to lose some body fat and turn the rest of the fat into muscle, I am also in a caloric deficit eating about 2000 cals a day. I also have a naturally nice upper body physique, thankful of my good genes lol. How long do you guys think it would take to see any minimal results?
