Hey everyone I am 18, 6ā2 230lbs with a pretty good upper body physique, and I want to build muscle while I lose some body fat. My questions are Do you think I can use dumbbell only workouts, and bench press to build a good amount of muscle and get rid of body fat? Should I include cardio or no, I was thinking of not to include cardio because that might burn some of the my already built muscles if iām not mistaken. And last question is, how long do you think iād see results in if I was working out 6x a week, eating 2200-2500 calories a day, 220grams of protein? Any replies/suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated!!
