Need desperate help with diet and routine.

I’m 22M and 200 pounds 5’9. I’ve been working out for 16 months consistently now. Push, pull, legs for on average 5x a week. However, i don’t feel like I’m seeing much change, and on the scales I just keep getting heavier. I’ve been trying to cut out sweets and salty foods, but should I be actively changing up my meals to be seeing any real results? I only eat a light lunch and dinner, should I be cutting out dinner? That’s when I tend to eat a heavy meal.

My routine is as follows: PULL Barbell rows 4x5 95lbs Deadlift 3x8 125lbs 3x8Pulldowns 110lb 3x8seated cable rows 120lb 5x15 face pulls 50-90lb 4x8hammer curls 35lb each arm concurrent 4x8dumbbell curls 35lb each arm concurrent PUSH 4x5, 1x5 bench press 125 lbs 3x8overhead press 75lbs 3x8incline dumbbell press 45lbs 3x8triceps pushdowns 120lbs 6x15 lateral raises 15 lbs 3x8overhead triceps extensions 55 lbs LEGS 3x8-12 Romanian Deadlift 115 lbs 3x8-12 leg press 240lbs 3x8-12 leg curls 110 lbs 5x8-12 calf raises 110 lbs

Anyways I know I have a very long way to go but any advice would be great.
