I cant bend my left knee the day after working out :(

Yesterday was my recovery day and I woke up unable to bend my knee all the way (when i try to it hurts)
Does anyone know which muscles or joints are involved in this (aside from the knee of course)
And can anyone recommend any effective videos for massaging or mobility?
I want to be able to do at least cardio today but my knee really is bothering me
