Hello! So I’m a 24 year old guy, 135 pounds and I have an extremely fast metabolism. I try to eat a lot, but it’s clearly either not enough or just not the right stuff. I have tried doing workouts ‘at home’ but these are mostly calisthenics based and just make me look even slimmer. I have also started meal prepping for work, but I just don’t know any good bulking recipes that are ‘easy’ to make and are affordable. I would say I am much more lean than skinny, as I do have some muscle mass, it’s just no where near as much as I want. Can anyone help me out with a weekly workout plan to help build muscle mass and also provide good recipes for meal preps? I would greatly appreciate any help so that I can better appreciate my self/my body.🙂
