Obviously eating a healthy and well rounded diet, staying hydrated, proper form. But what about all this other stuff gym rats drink, is it necessary? I have some exercise routines for the areas I want to target so can I just go at it that simply? Should I be taking supplements or anything supportive? Sorry if this is a stupid post I just know nothing about how to do this properly and the information online is overwhelming and Iām not really sure what applies to me. For reference I have a slim/avg build but have never really worked out or exercised with the goal of changing my body until now.
