I love doing planks so much. They help me align my core but ever since I started doing them,I can count the few times I had a successful one minute without experiencing extreme coregasms. There's one time I did planks at the gym, the coregasms were so extreme that I started moaning. Of course that brought unnecessary attention towards me. Is there a way I can still continue to do planks and have less coregasms or tips on how to control it?
For those who don't knoe, coregasms are orgasms that come from stretching the core. And yes, they feel like real orgasms
