Hey y’all. I am a 18 year old that’s about 6’3 and weighs about 180 pounds. I know that exercise mainly revolves around diet and I’ve been doing a alright job with that. Howver my goal is to lose fat, build muscle, and look lean. I have a open schedule so I’m able to workout everyday. But I mainly just need a routine. The excercises can be high intensity as I’m ok with that. I’m just trying to see results all over my body and if anyone can help me out with a routine that I can follow weekly that will help me see progress over my body I’ll greatly appreciate it😁
