Need help with a workout plan

I work 6 days a week. After work is when I might have time to work out.

Monday and Wednesday I have class. Saturday I drive home after work because I spend Sunday back home with Family.

So I have 3 days to work out. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. For about 1.5-2 hours each.

What should I focus on each day?

I am 225 and 5'6. Main goal is to reduce that BMI with secondary goal in increase strength and endurance since I have a physically demanding job.
