Overwhelmed by the infos

For context, I'm a beginner when it comes to working out and I've read some guides that I need to know but I'm overwhelmed by the infos and I don't know what to do. I can't come up with a gym routine. I'm a college student and plans to have a weight lost gym routine since my dorm has a gym. I'm planning to work out for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, 4x a week since that's the only time that I can workout because of my schedule. What routines can you advise for me?
