Hey guys so I’ve been working out for awhile now but I’ve noticed I’ve been stuck at the same weight for quite some time now and I’ve gone up in weight I used to weight avg 155 ish now I’m weighing average at 164-167 my goal is to put on more weight and mass but feels like my numbers have not gone up even slightly, if not even feels like I got weaker at a heavier weight body. My max bench was around 245 not too long ago. I’m struggling with 185 on flat bench at the moment now barely mustering about 4 reps max. I’m also speaking overall in strength not just my bench. Does anyone have any tips or any workout programs/apps that may help?
