How do you all avoid feeling weak and getting headaches when in a calorie deficit M19
I’m vegetarian so maybe this is due to some deficiency I have, but I can never pursue loosing weight due to feeling tired, with a headache and angry, does anyone have any advice or tips I need them.
Also can anyone who isn’t vegetarian relate* I’m just trying to make sure what I’m feeling is normal
