Hi, i have recently started to try and build a lot of muscle, i was fortunate enough that someone in the gym today came over to me after realising i was getting started in this, to give me some advice on workout planning and structure, as well as some general advice on nutrition etc, he was very helpful and I trust him as he had clearly achieved what i am looking to do, however I am wondering what are some good but affordable sources for protein and food i know i will need to eat a lot of protein and am aware of the general things to eat, but i worry it will get very expensive , i am not a high earner and have a small child. Any advice would be appreciated. I am UK based Thanks
