Workout that won’t strain my hip
Post Body
I went on an intense hike last week, and my right hip has pain when I move it a certain way. I did a leg workout yesterday, which felt fine during, although I started feeling a bit of the pain when I did sumo squats. Today my plan was to do a 3hour walk but I didn’t even make it to 15min before it started hurting and I had to turn back.
Other than arm workouts, are there any others I can do that won’t affect my hip?
