Hey, everyone. New here. Seeking advice/tips 'cause I'm struggling right now to figure out a solid workout routine. I'm away from home for a while and currently don't have access to a gym. I have a pull-up bar and three bands, light, medium, and heavy strength. I plan on picking up a few dumbbells after I get paid in a couple days. Anyone know a few good home workouts? I wanna hit every part of my body but lately I'm trying to focus a little more on back, core, and chest lately. Any advice/tips are appreciated, thanks.
