Beginner, just seeking direction

I’m 22, 6’2, 170 lbs (skinny fat). I used to be in incredible shape, soccer and basketball year round kept me very fit but I never really learned how to exercise on my own for strength training. If there’s anyone here that’s willing to share some advice on ways to build all-around body strength as well as exercises to help with my explosiveness it would be much appreciated. Thank you!
