Workout Guidance for a Somewhat Beginner

Hey all! Over the last 3-4 months I’ve been getting serious about following healthier eating routines plus exercising 5 days a week. For context I’m 6’4 and 250 currently. I’m posting my current routine below, would love some feedback/critiques on if there’s anything I should improve. I also make sure I get around 180-200g a day of protein. My goal is to be lean and toned, I don’t really want to be too bulky.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Weights 3 sets, 15 reps of biceps, triceps, forearms, upper back, lower back, shoulders, chest Tuesday, Thursday: Core/Cardio 45 min cardio plus 15-20 min of planks/random core workouts that I rotate through.
