Played high level sport most of my days involves sitting down on my but haven’t been to the gym in 2 years. I need a plan to cut down to 220 in 6-8 months. Like I need a 6 month plan solid plan with checkpoints of reaching the goal and I’m also broke so was wondering if any one can help me here and if it comes true and my pocket gets a tinny bit filler I’m happy to compensate and be eternally grateful .
Also no idea what to do at the gym so far started getting at least 10k steps a day for the past month
