I’m curious if any plus size folks have found success starting their journey with other folks. I want to get into exercise more, because I’ve always enjoyed stuff like hikes or swimming or sports. Working out in a gym doesn’t really appeal to me—but I’m wondering if a gym buddy would help at all.
