Does anyone have any helpful workout plans that involve dumbells and a bench. Thats all I have as i was lucky enough to be gifted them, but I canβt afford a membership to a gym.
Uk based, cant afford to do meal stuff either due to having a young family and the cost of living issues. I have cut down on eating as much and eat a somewhat balanced diet anyway.
Im a bit overweight due to a few years of not looking after myself, im 23 and im about 105 kg. Want to make a change as i want to actually look good, but also be healthy for my family.
Any help would be appreciated!
