Post Body

Okay so i was deadlifting yesterday and shortly after leaving the gym i had this pain in the right side of my back that hasn’t left since. I’ve called the doctors today and we both agreed it’s most likely an intercostal muscle sprain. I just wanna know if anyone else has experienced this before and how they got rid of it, and what i can still do in the gym without aggravating it or making it worse. I’m going to take at least this week off but honestly i don’t wanna take more than 1-2 weeks off gym because i’ve finally started to make great progress and I don’t want that all gone again just when I was finally getting back into the groove of things.
