Work out routine

My following work out routine consists of
4 set of deadlift with 45 on each side and 12 reps each set
4 set of bend over rows with 15 on each side and 12 reps each set
4 set of bench press with 25 on each side and 12 reps each set.
How often should I be doing this routine? I was doing heavier weights but I pulled a back muscle due to improper form so I cut down on weights until I am confident I am sticking to the correct form throughout my sets.
Iām 5ā8 and I weigh 150 lbs.
