How to make time for Work Out

For context, I live far from the city, and daily I have to depart at 6:30 am in order to reach work on time. I usually reach home at ~9pm. I used to enjoy jogging daily for 10000 steps when I was defaulted to WFH. Now I really can’t find time to put in workout and lose some of that belly fat.

Looking for good suggestions for this.
