Upper arm pain during bench press or push ups

Post Body

So I had been working out pretty intensely and focusing on my upper body. I can't pinpoint exactly when this started, but I have noticeable pain in my upper arm but not my shoulder that I feel when doing push-ups or bench press or similar exercises It's pretty much right above the dip between my bicep and shoulder muscles. I've been resting that arm for a several weeks now and just doing light exercises, with it, but the pain is still noticeable. I doesn't hurt at all if I'm not using the arm and
it's definitely not intense pain when I am, but it's definitely noticeable that something's wrong. If I raise my arm to 90 degrees and slowly lower it to my side, I feel can feel it somewhere around the 45 degree mark.

Any ideas what this is? Do I need to rest it more or will it only improve by gradually bringing it back to the same weights I'm doing with the right arm?

Everything on google seemed to be saying rotator cuffs, but I don't think it's that because it didn't match witih the supposed symptoms I was seeing, e.g. pain when resting arm or at night; popping or clicking when raising arm; difficulty raising or lowering arm.

Thanks y'all
