50, male, 200lbs. TRT 0.5mg weekly.
5x weight training per week.
Log everything I eat and weigh everything I should.
Did 2000 calories for many months and lost around 2-3lbs per month over a year.
Very happy with results.
Ended my cut and went up to 2500-2700 daily calories. By my math I should be gaining weight. Iโm not.
Hitting PRs for volume and load at the gym, but no weight gain. It shot up 5lbs immediately where I upped my calories, then settled back down to my cutting goal weight. So weird.
Help! I donโt want to get fat AF to bulk, and Iโm eating a solid amount.
