I am trying to get back in a workout routine, to lose weight and to get into shape. Once upon a time I was running 3 or 4 miles every morning before work and could kill an hour or more in the gym, no problem.
My question isβ¦To lose weight and get in shape again should I just start with cardio or should I be doing cardio and weight training?
And if I need to include weight training; how often? And should I be doing max weight or max reps at a lower weight?
