I’m having a hard time getting stronger when it comes to my biceps. I’ve been able to make progress and can see growth on my chest, legs, etc but can’t seem to progress when I hit arms. My triceps are getting stronger and bigger but my biceps tire out before i attempt hitting the 30lb dumbbells. I’ve been good with form and feel it on my biceps but can anyone share they’re routine for biceps exercise ? Maybe I’m doing too much volume? I now Im doing something wrong
