Cutting advice. Why is it so slow??

- I’m 50, on .5ml TRT per week from a doctor.
- 5’10. Broad build and plenty of muscle.
- Lift heavy for 45-60mins, 5-6x weekly.
- 30-60min walk 4-5 days per week or more.
- consuming 2000 kCals daily. Solid macros.
- one questionable weekend per month but nothing crazy.
- most calculators tell me to eat far more than I do.
May’22-Feb’23 I went from 230 to 205. That’s less than 3lbs per month. Goal was 199lbs for visible abs, or lower if necessary.
