Had a day off
Post Body

I wfh, 2 days a week as a 1099 and about 4 days a week for myself. My husband wants me to take a day off during the week because it’s a lot. I had an accidental day off today and felt the whole time I was doing something wrong. I got started on some decluttering for my goal of having a more minimalist lifestyle. I spent a bunch of time with the kids and put them down for their nap. I took my own nap. I did about 7 loads of laundry. And the whole time I just felt like I was supposed to be working. I know it’s not sustainable to work 6 days a week forever but I also feel like it’s so ingrained in me to work that I don’t know how to just slow down and enjoy time off. Strange complaint I know but just wondering how others have felt about this.
