Positive stories about couples who both work full time, have kids, and have no family support?

My husband and I just had our first child and both work full time at a Fortune 500 tech company. The closest family member is a two hour flight away. I'm really overwhelmed when I think about how we will manage our jobs and child (and another child if we have one). Any positive stories about families that have managed full time demanding jobs and children with no family support?
