Beta brand pants but warm?

I’ve seen a zillion recommendations for these comfortable yet professional looking pants, but are they warm? It gets cold in my neck of the woods and yoga pants won’t cut it. I bought some fleece lined leggings off Amazon after my first pregnancy but they are not super comfy. Would love some ideas!
