Hi mommas! I am currently exclusively breastfeeding and am about to return to work in a month and would like to start building my stash. I got the elvie stride double pump for now so I can use when I come to work as well. I wanted to ask for advice how did you build your stash as Iām afraid I will not have milk for my baby after I pump

Idk, my supply decreases when I go to work, that and I think baby eats a little more from the bottle than he eats when breastfeeding, so even though I pump at work, he runs through my stash faster than I can pump to resupply.
