Post Body

I had some issues that led me to separate from my husband over the summer. Since then I’ve been a single mom and have gotten a new job... and every time I feel like I’m doing well I get feedback that I’m moving too slow. I find that I have a difficult time remaining focused on all my tasks, and I can’t stay late to make up for it like I did in my 20s. What do you all do to stay ahead of pace at work and get promoted, with young kids? Vitamins? Melatonin? What’s the secret?

Unfortunately, a partner...and daycare as well as a job that understands working mothers. I needed my partner to get me to where I am now. Half of it too is also luck, right place and right time, support from management to help get you where you want to go, etc.
