I work as a WFM reporting analyst. Recently, I have been tasked with designing surveys to gather feedback from new hires about the training program. This involves creating 6-8 different surveys, administering them once a week, analyzing the data and sending it to the management team over the training department.
Now, the organization is asking that I create several more surveys for the operations team. I would have to track, administer, analyze, and report these surveys and their findings to operations management as well. This is all on top of my regular workforce management reporting duties.
Please correct me if I am wrong, but I feel as though these requests are above and beyond the duties of a WFM reporting analyst. I think I should receive a raise and a new title of Business Analyst if I am to create this feedback process for all departments and analyze the results on a continuous basis for the different management teams. Before I bring this to my boss, What do you all think? Is my request of a title change/ raise reasonable or warranted?
