I am 24 years old and am currently working as a WFM reporting analyst for a department of defense contractor. I have been with the company a year, have a BBA degree, a few years of additional management experience, and am in the process of getting my MBA in organizational management with concentration in data analytics which I plan to follow up with a Masters in Data Science. I currently make 60k and like my job but I feel that my growth is stagnating. I feel like I don’t know where to go from here. When I graduate I am considering going into the management consulting field. If any of you guys have any tips, advice, connections, or would be interested in mentoring please reach out!
