I work as a WFM reporting Analyst and basically my whole job is making reports detailing the performance of employees and the organization as a whole. I have been at this job for about a year and love it but am having difficulties with understanding numbers in Verint. None of the automated reports return numbers that match up with what is on the calendar. The adherence summary report might only pull adherence numbers for 50 employees when there was more than 130 on the floor. Those adherence numbers are completely different than what Performance Scorecards gives me. AHT numbers from Performance Scorecards are unrealistically low, and do not match the AHT numbers from CISCO. What system do I trust? What can I do to make numbers more accurate? I do not have access to change anything in Verint and my boss does not seem interested or very knowledgeable enough about it to fix anything. She seems complacent with the numbers not making any sense. I feel like nobody in the organization puts any value or weight behind any of the reports I send out because the numbers donβt really seem right. Any advice is appreciated.
