How many hours of sleep you all get each night?

Or each day for the night shift crew. I bounce between 6-8 hours each night during the week. On the weekends I'll get only an hour or two in between shifts to nap. I've always heard people say "oh 4 hours of sleep is all I need" or something like that and i know if i did that for a week or two I'd look/feel like a crackhead.
Like to hear some differing perspectives from youuuuu guysssssa
