My manager has been assigned a big project and doesn’t know how to do the v-lookup function in excel. While I’ve tried to teach her she just refuses.

So now we do about 5hrs of meetings throughout the day just so she can command me like I’m Siri or something and I share my screen and she tells me what to do in excel 💀

I’m sure in her head she thinks she’s doing some great thing for me and giving me experience….but the lag time makes her flip out and all the “don’t move stay there”, and “save save save saves” and all her rambling at me trying to get me to read her mind just makes me wanna quit and tell her to do it herself. If her approach made sense and she told me to arrange the sheet and add these columns etc. I would be ok but it feels like such a waste of time doing these stupid meetings where I’m basically her mouse.
