When a new person joins your team, there are often tell-tale signs of potential issues. What’s the biggest red flag you’ve noticed in a new team member?

Whether it’s their approach to collaboration, communication, or something subtler, what’s the one behavior that made you think, “This might not go well”?

Take your meds.

If it isn't working try another one and quickly. They all work a lil different.

I was a complete disaster my entire life, after taking meds for 10 years my brain chemistry has actually completely changed and I am not as dependent on them as I used to be, my brain and life got a lot better and some of the skills I developed to cope with my pre-medicated self become superpowers. My gift of gab, which I developed to talk myself out of a lot of trouble before, is now a highly charismatic quality where I can make myself easily understood and agreed with. My resourcefulness, from causing many disasters and being forced to fix them, is now unmatched and I can easily solve many problems that leave others stumped.

Take your meds and you may just turn into a version of yourself you never dreamed of, highly competent and skilled with the same eccentric charms that people with ADHD have in spades.
