Started a new job recently.
After negotiation for pay and benefits, I was told benefits after 30 days. I have this in writing as well.
Yesterday was 30 days. (Start date mon 8/5, yesterday was Thurs 9/5).
Today I emailed asking about how to start the enrollment process.
Was told via email from our HR that I can’t enroll in till the first of the month, so I’m without insurance until 10/1.
Awaiting my boss’ return to the office to discuss this further. I’m…..angry lol and not sure what to do. Any advice is welcome.
