I recently discovered an coworker who has been drinking on the job. I thought it was one time thing. I caught him several times even since a dui crash accident.
He has been drinking liquor out of water bottles at break.
I feel bad, but I am just want equality. If they allow this guy to drink on the clock then whats stopping everyone from drinking on the clock?
Also, the liability for him to get hurt is high.
