There’s a job opening that I am really interested in applying for. The qualifications are pretty vague but they want eight years of supervisor experience, and I only have 2. I do meet the college degree requirements. The biggest thing that holds me back is the salary. It’s twice what I have made and that’s kind of intimidating to me. Has anyone ever applied for a job that they don’t really think they’re qualified for but they landed it? It might sound crazy but I’m not scared I won’t get it, I’m scared I will get it and I won’t be very good at the position.
