Offsite meeting, what should the employer be covering?
Post Body

if my employer (remote, no headquarters) is mandating an in person meeting once every quarter, what expenses are they typically expected to pay other than the plane ticket from my city of residence to the country where the onsite is happening? this is an US tech startup so im assuming they are supposed to go by US industry practices

Edit: sorry meant on-site not offsite 🤦🏻
