Hi so I’ve been in this company for a few years, ever since my line manager changed I’ve been super depressed and mentally unwell due to my new manager. I’m not the only one who feels this way, constantly abused every shift I have with them. The hostile environment is disgusting, they also yell at us in front of customers and I’ve also had customers stand up for me at times. What to do? I called speak up but they closed my case as I didn’t have the correct date and time it happened. Help ?
