After a 10 year hiatus, I started woodworking again inspired by becoming a dad
It’s been rough since I wasn’t great before and am very much learning but after a box joint changing table (I’ll post that in a bit) that was a challenge and a failed cutting board I was needing something to go right
This was the first mortise and tenon I have ever done and my first use of chisels and I’m stoked with how it turned out. Walnut and Poplar. Finally got my hand plane sharp enough to appreciate how nice it finishes pieces too!
I’m hoping after COVID I can take some classes in the Bay Area. If anyone knows any let me know.
