Thatβs the exact thought. I set designed legs/arms to be adjustable height wise. Think I might Redesign so they can adjust for banister width as well.
I do ... was going to upload a build folder this evening after work.
Appreciate the compliment ππ»
They push through things π€£ And make a deep connection.
On mobile so not sure if Iβm missing your link, if there is one.
Perspective is playing tricks. We basically made this one up as we went along.
Yes it will be outside. I used Tung oil and have advised her to keep it indoors for 30 days so as to allow it to cure.
Iβll be posting a build album soon ππ»
We had planned a gap but went a touch larger than we wanted. Measured once and cut twice.
Yea I should have put a disclaimer. It really was a fun and interesting one.
Yes. Yes I did. So many times. Everything is floating tenon on the joinery, aside from the sex bolts for the leg/arm attachment. With no plans it was a lot of βthings that make you go hmmm π€β moments.
There has to be something of the sort! I mean, it wouldnβt be the worst excuse people have come up with to get together, so thereβs that.
Decent pricing on them too! Arm is for hanging over the banister on your patio/deck.
Annnnnd many thanks ππ»
I wish I had gold to give you for it. Fo real doe.
π³ No. that hurts. I canβt tell you how much that hurts. I should have put a bow tie on for the presentation π€£
Thank ya! I have a baby on the way, maybe use for diapers? Then it could be labeled sh**ty storage?
Itβs not THAT big ... at least thatβs what my girlfriend told me. π€£
No stress BigDawg ... that is exactly it!!! She cut out the photo from the catalog and everything but no description π€£π³
It was, as is always, a great experience. Weβve had the pleasure of working together often and frequently. As the years roll along, I realize how very fortunate we are to be able to spend that time together. Being in supervisory roles in the construction industry for our day jobs, itβs a treat to use our hands and build things together.
That I did (we technically[father and i]) very much appreciate the kind words.
π€£ it can hold whatever π© you ever so choose, I suppose.
Many thanks. Was kind of in over my head on this one, but love how it turned out. And she LOVED it ππ»
Thank you for the kind words! ππ»ππ»ππ»
π€¦π»ββοΈ opportunity missed. I shall wait for the next door to open.
At first I wished it was a touch bigger. I have since had it grow on me π
π€£ You should have seen me carrying it into Maggianos for the family dinner/birthday celebration/graduation presentation. In the torrential downpour that just so happened to occur as I was walking in. Letβs just say people saw me/it.
Thank you for the kind words bruh! ππ»
I utilized the proper PPE during, after, and uhhhh ... yes. I used protection.
Thank you, so very much ππ» Canβt express how much I appreciate the kind words.
It IS breadbox. At least, if you want it to be.
They are moments I cherish, thatβs for sure. Thank you so kindly ToolBoxDeal!
Lettering is from Michaels, and the knob is off of Amazon.
Edit: thank you!!!
Mark another one for the good guys. Go Reddit!!
I do believe beaut was used a few times by my Father and I during this build.

Itβs a patio bar, if you will. My aunt brought me a photo from a catalog so I have no true definitive name. Itβs designed to hang on the banister of your patio so you can have a tray/table without having proper spacing for a table.
Thanks for the kind words ππ»
