Table saw blade wobble help
Post Body

Got the delta 36-725. Having problems with blade distortion after tightening the nut on arbor. Used Mathis's video to grind down the arbor, washer, and nut. Using a dial indicator everything is within a thousandth (nut and washer are parallel). I can hand tighten the nut and spin the blade, staying within a thousandth. I've moved the washer, changed blades, flipped blades, different spots on the arbor, flipped the nut, and the tolerances are "I think great" within a thousandth. It's when I go the tighten down the nut with the wrench the blade now has a 20 thousandth wobble. I'm hand tightening then 1/8th turn with wrench so I'm pretty sure I'm not over tightening. The only thing I can think of is the nut isn't perpendicular when I tighten. Any ideas? I'm going to go out and buy a new nut to see if that changes anything.
