Post Body

Hey everyone! I have a redwood slab that Iā€™m turning into a foldable table top. Wanted to pick some brains and see what is best option for the folding mechanism. The slab is about 10ā€™ long, 24ā€ wide and just about 3ā€ wide. It will be be two 5ā€™ pieces folding at the center to put on top of some barrels for serving. Any ideas on how I can make a functional fold? Piano Hinge? Rule joint? Would love some ideas. Thanks!
