Redwood Slab Foldable table

Hey everyone! I have a redwood slab that Iām turning into a foldable table top. Wanted to pick some brains and see what is best option for the folding mechanism. The slab is about 10ā long, 24ā wide and just about 3ā wide. It will be be two 5ā pieces folding at the center to put on top of some barrels for serving. Any ideas on how I can make a functional fold? Piano Hinge? Rule joint? Would love some ideas. Thanks!
