Hello,
My situation is a little different than other similar questions that have been asked here: I have a 300sq foot freestanding art studio in my backyard. I occasionally cut and sand wood in there. I installed a stove exhaust fan that I had laying around that vents outside, and while helpful for air movement, it literally does nothing to prevent a thin layer of wood particles from covering the whole studio when I sand or cut wood etc.
There are lots of dust collectors online (and discussed here) but they all look bulky, and would take up valuable space. Also, I only occasionally cut wood there - the studio is mainly for painting - so the collectors seem a bit I don't know, excessive. Since I already have a hole in the wall to the outside, is there some sort of more intense fan system or something I can use? I don't think I need to collect the particles... they can just go to the outside. Again, it's for occasional use. Thanks!
